Length of study
The MBA program at the WFI is a dual system program and stretches over 24 months containing 60 days of classes (normally Fridays in the afternoon or Saturdays the whole day)
The course of studies is fully modularized. Within the 12 general management courses and the two practical modules, theoretical and practical knowledge can be gained and applied to practice. Inside of the modules there are various opportunities to choose different kind of core courses. The master thesis is oriented to the individual desire and field of work of the student. A study trip of ten days to China will encourage the intercultural knowledge of the students.
The overall scope of the MBA program is 90 ECTS. 30 ECTS can be gained additionally with additional modules. Further ECTS are necessary when the overall volume of the prior studies is less than 210 ECTS.
Normally all courses take place in the wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Fakultät Ingolstadt (WFI) of the katholische Universität Eichstaett-Ingolstadt (KU).

After the successful completion of the master studies, students are entitled to use the internationally recognized title (Master of Business Administration (MBA). Within this title students are allowed to become a doctoral candidate.
The following requirements have to be met when applying to the MBA program:
- Proof of sufficient English skills
- Proof of at least one year of work experience in a position with high responsibilities
- Successfully completed university degree
